hey everyone!

sorry i haven’t posted a lot recently…i’ve been super lazy!

i officially love ebay. ever since i wasn’t able to snag the milky planet tiered skirt that i wanted in early february, i decided i was going to take a chance to make some money on ebay so that i wouldn’t ever miss another chance if i found one. since i started selling, i’ve made almost $2000! it has really put me in disbelief that i could find buyers for most things so quickly~!

however i had a really bad experience at angelic pretty SF the other day :( don’t get me wrong, i love those girls, but they seem very unorganized. i wanted to purchased the macaron tartan jsk that was imported on wedensday and showed special interest in it, asking lots of questions and inquiring about when the dress would be available, etc. on thursday night i PM’d miho, one of the shop girls, because i didn’t know how else to quickly contact the AP staff. i asked her to kindly put the dress on hold for me from friday to saturday as i wouldn’t be home at all friday because i was going to my friend’s house for my first ever sadies dance (which was so fun, btw!)

anyway…turns out she wasn’t in the shop which apparently means she doesn’t check her facebook? so on saturday i lovingly waltzed into the store and ask about the dress only to find it was sold online on friday…to my sickening disappointment. my mom was super pissed since she wasted a ton of gas and money on expensive and overpriced parking in the middle of freaking union square. however we didn’t make a special trip for this–we happened to be in SF. but my mom was the one who was mostly upset.

anyway, the shopgirls seemed kind but didn’t seem to make any effort to help…i mean not that they could have…they just told me it might be restocked in 2-3 weeks–oh joy, i get to go back to the hells of union square :( they simply asked if i was looking for anything else and my mom simply stormed out of the store as i quietly thanked the girls and left. why would i be looking for anything else anyway? i know they said it to be polite but i was just sort of annoyed. i try not to randomly spend $300 on stuff i barely ever wear…emphasis on the try n_n

however, they haven’t quite lost my service because i know this was a one time affair and i’ve learned my lesson; NEXT TIME I’LL JUST FREAKING CALL :/ but honestly i can’t wait for the next 3 or so weeks for the dress to come in again! i’m praying for another mint, or sax is fine :D and hopefully they’ll have tickets for the party on the 26th and my friend who recently learned to drive can go with me! :)

anyway, that’s my little update. i’m doing pretty well and i finally bought the shoes i’ve wanted for like an entire year so yay for that? can’t wait to get some of the packages i’ve been waiting on–why can’t people ship faster?

hey everyone! i hope you’re all having a nice friday evening and/or long weekend, because i have a 5 day weekend XD

it’s pouring in california! i hate it :/

OKAY! so i never actually posted about it on my blog but i just recently used the $50 giftcard given to me by my dearest ashlyn :) and this is what i ordered with it! i just waited for there to be 20% off to order and there was a valentine’s event so i just went for it :)

first off, i bought a bright pink keith haring shirt!

it was $25 but with 20% off became $23. i’m so mad though, because now it’s only $19.99! ah well.

idk, i really like it! it’s semi-cropped, ad there are slight doppleman sleeves. love! <3

on to the second item!

i was at first going to buy nail polish, but luckily i stumbled upon these sunglasses!

they caught my attention because in the description they are called lolita glasses hahaha! it’s not even lolita?!?

and in the reviews people say lolita but don’t know what it means….I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS!

LOLITA IS A JAPANESE FASHION FOR GOD’S SAKE!

well..it’s a book too…but what does that have anything to do with sunglasses?

anyway. they are great. i thought they would look awkward because i have a short forehead, but i think they look really good…!

third item! HAMBURGER PHONE!

yes..it’s very sexy. however, the phone cord thing in my room that it connects to is expired or broken or something because it doesn’t work.

i’ll get it fixed sooner or later!

i really enjoyed shopping at urbanoutfitters

overall experience: 5/5

shipping: 4/5 the processing took a while. but, i ordered on sunday and it came friday! not bad. however i wasn’t given a tracking number until the 17th and it was on a plane the whole time, and then when i checked this morning it immediately said ‘out for delivery’. huh!

service: 5/5 i called UO customer service because i thought my giftcard had not been applied but they said that it takes 1-2 business days to ‘process’ and then it takes away the amount or something stupid…i think that’s really weird, but whatever haha! i also asked about the 20% reduction because i thought it hadn’t been applied but they also told me that it is 20% from each item. so that was nice! :D

i’ve never ordered myself from UO, my mom usually does though, and they changed the system which was weird…it used to be some sort of flash/java thing and you could apply coupons instantly but now it’s just plain html. it’s hard to explain. all in all i’m happy with their services and shipping was fast!

it still cost me 8 bucks though. OH WELL! that’s better than almost $60 ;)

SO i finally got my package from karmaloop!

but first. some random makeup i did. it doesn’t work at all! :D

okay enough of the horribleness. i think i did a good job with the eyeshadow though.

i used dark brown, then a light pink and slight purple which you can’t see.

so i got my karmaloop package in the mail yesterday. and holy crap, the bag was covered in weird mud dust.

it was really gross :( but the insides were fine!

they gave me a free magazine too, lmao.

overall i liked shopping from karmaloop.

overall experience: 5/5

shipping: 4/5 took about a week and processing took two days but for the price i paid it was worth it :]

service: 5/5 i emailed them about my order needing to be processed because i worried and they promptly replied!

i’ve bought a wildfox couture sweater from karmaloop before so it’s not the first time i’ve shopped there but i’d gladly shop there again. plus they always have good coupons! ;]

BTSSB VALENTINE’S DAY LUCKY PACKS!

warning: SUPER LONG, EPIC LOLITA POST!

EEE. yesterday/saturday was so much fun!

i went to japantown in san francisco to get the btssb lucky packs as a shopping service! (so not for myself.)

my mom and i got there at 11:15 to find that the ticketing ended at 11 T__T so we walked around and bought mochi and looked at nijiya blah dee blah~

then at 12 we were given a ticket (#17) and later all the girls arrived. there were soooooo many leftover packs–i felt kind of sorry, actually! D: i wish i could have bought more, but alas it was one per person :/

anyway! i bought the coordinate set in black for ironmely and an accessory pack in black for emi_san! i really hope they like them u_u i know ironmely wanted black, ~~but i’m not sure about emi_san~ i hope she likes it overall though~~. she did want black! yatta :] and oh my goodness. japanese stores take forever to wrap stuff! i was literally standing at the counter for 15 minutes waiting for them to wrap everything up XD

my mom must have been feeling extra valentines lovey because she bought me a pink btssb pantsuit called ’Princess COCO’ set! it is THE cutest thing ever and i love it so so so much! should i wear it at school?! on valentine’s day, this monday? i’m not so sure, i have really bad self esteem >_<

i also got the usukumya puppet since the overall purchase was over $350 EEE i’m so excited! it’s adorable!

i also went to a store near hello kitty inside the mall and bought the matching korilakkuma to my rilakkuma that i bought at fanime back in 2009! LSKDJFLSJDFLDKSJF sooo happy! they’re a happy matchy family now

i also saw my friend hollyn that i used to go to school with at the same restaurant as me! she sat right behind me ^_^ she wears lolita too sometimes~ you can see her here at the AP opening. anyway, she’s so cute! she was in town looking for a hello kitty license plate cover. LOL! unfortunately they were sold out, wah~

it’s so soft! <3 usukumya comes from the words rabbit (usagi) and bear (kuma). the ya at the end is just for extra cuteness, says the shoplady in the BTSSB store!

my cat fatty sure loves BTSSB! he was litreally running back and forth from the BTSSB bag to the warm, fleece rilakkuma rug…BUT CHOSE BTSSB! I’M SO PROUD ;D i raised him right.

and just for kicks, this is an adorable madeline book i found in my garage! it’s so sweet, and it has adorable drawings from when i was probably 7! so cute.
