the reason i haven’t been updating is because i’ve been working really hard on a new blog, called MirandaStyleSource!

it’s not one that majority of you would want to follow, as it’s aimed towards a different audience(?) if you’re familiar with the hit show icarly, it’s a blog that follows the main character carly (miranda cosgrove) and what she wears in and out of the show.

i really admire her fashion and many people wonder about where she gets her clothes so i figured if i made a blog for it, i would get lots of viewers, and i have! but i’ve noticed the ratings on this blog have started to go down a bit so i wanted to give you an update.

summer shopping at macys~!

WTF guys i just made this post and everything got deleted…im really mad…T_T

anyway sorry if that showed up in your feed all blank.

i went summer shopping with my mom on may 30th at macys and made up some outfits. enjoy!

this first outfit is a cute one shoulder top and leopard skort from free people :] haha, skort. it’s shorts that look like a skirt ;D

here’s the same top, but in a more casual coordinate with my AG coords that i wore that day :]

you can completely see my bra in this next pic…LOLOL anyway the top is from BCBG and the same leopard skort from free people. i like the beachiness of this pic, and i think the shirt looks nice half tucked in.

same BCBG top with polka dot skort from free people. notice how it looks more french, wheras the other one looks more beachy…or at least in my opinion it does. hmmm!

and the same top again, but with BROWN free people polka dot skort! it was one size too big though so it looked too baggy, ugh.

i like the colors  together though! but i think my favorite skort with this top was the black polka dot combo :)

here’s a marc by marc jacobs sweater that i ADORE but couldn’t afford…well i mean my mom could, but not me x_x

and free people polka dot skort! i actually love these skorts…i think i might buy the polka dot ones…

okay, this was a complete fail. i wanted to wear a marc by marc jacobs skirt that was 2 sizes too big. hence this outfit became a fail. but  you can see how i thought it might have worked…right? XD

now, THIS beuat was a pastel marc by marc jacobs dress. it was one size too big, but i think it was still okay.

you can find it at bloomingdales, piper lime, and saks! i recommend you look at how it looks on the runway on the saks page (just click the link) it looks SO beautiful!

this next dress is from the see by chloe line. therefore it was like, $500. it was also size 10. that’s 10 sizes too big. LOL but look how pretty it is! or…could be…on someone else…

see? the model makes it look great…because she had the right  size…T_T.

this is a really big free people henley that i liked but, like i said, was huge. the colors go together well though! :)

and…the same top with leopard skort.

let’s just not say anything about this. you and i both know why.

(if you’re not catching my drift, it looks terrible. and i look like i have bulging fat coming out from over the top. LOLOLOL)

i was literally stalking this dress on freepeople.com for ages, just to find that it’s extremely unflattering. good thing i didn’t buy it, lol! oh and this is an XS. look how it eats me alive in this pic! AND, i’m even securing it with my hand in the back! X_X.

lastly, here is an ADORABLE swimsuit from DKNY…i tried it on actually and it sucked. ah well.

i forgot to turn in two book logs and went from an a- to a C, BUT I GOT A FAWKING 100% ON MY ENGLISH ESSAY AND IT WENT BACK UP TO AN A! WHAT NOW, WHAT NOW?!

i was judged at the zoo.

JUST KIDDINGGG i went to the ZOO on JUDGEMENT day!

so this is kind of old but i forgot to post about it :]

recent gets ★

so a while ago i had star testing at school! and that means school ended at 12:30 :)

all i can say is i definitely BSed the history part.

my logic: ‘it can’t be A because the last one was A, and i got two C’s before that, and a D before that. why would there be no B’s? it’s B. wait…no. wait yes it is! it HAS TO BE! …. i’ll just choose A because i chose A as the last one.’

then 20 mins later i erase it and write B ♥ LOL!

ANYWAY so there are some things my mom bought for me a  realllllyy long time ago that i forgot to update! so here they are :)

first: two postcards! the seller accidentally sent the wrong one and sent me the right one for free ^_^

i HATE goodwill

this is a rant post. if you love goodwill go read some yuppie article about how great it is.

i’m extremely upset about my school. school is ending next thursday and they told us to clean out our PE lockers by yesterday,  friday, or they would donate it to goodwill. i have A period PE which means that i dont have class on friday, and we were told ON THURSDAY to take home our stuff and i didn’t have a bag. so i figured i could do it friday but then it was the seniors last day of school and there were streakers and let’s just say it was all bad. and i forgot to.

so then i call like 50 people to see if after school friday they could find my jacket and sweatpants from abercrombie that i left in my locker, and possibly my shoes, which were nikes. my uniform is gross and too big so i don’t care much for it, but those other things i really wanted back. they all don’t pick up except this one girl who seriously didn’t give enough of a fuck to look for them. (she said she couldn’t find it but i doubt she even tried.)

so i bike to goodwill today next to a bunch of weird  hippies and hipsters that are looting ugly stuff and i can’t find it. so i have to talk to these mexican employees who dont even speak fuckin english and when they finally realized that i was exploding mad because i couldn’t find my god damn stuff…they told me it was moved to some other goodwill 40 miles south because it was ‘too large amount of stuff from the school’.

i’m really mad. it’s not like i can’t afford new sweatpants and shoes, because i can, but that jacket i’d had from 6th grade and i really liked it. i dont know why, it just meant a lot to me. plus i HATE giving stuff to goodwill. i’d rather sell stuff on ebay and profit because after all my mom spent a lot of money buying those things for me.

i’m just so fucking mad at the school though. because now i have to buy a $30 PE uniform, new sweats, a jacket, and shoes. why new? because i don’t wanna get my jackets all sweaty and gross…after all, it’s for PE. and why do i feel obliged to buy new sweats and a jacket? because if i don’t, then if we say we’re cold during PE the teachers get mad and tell us to buy them.

tl;dr?

you know you’re unlucky when you have A period PE and forget to clean out your locker friday because you don’t have class and nobody is at school to search for you and your clothes get sent to goodwill and you spend a half hour biking to goodwill hoping you can BUY BACK YOUR OWN FREAKING STUFF just to find that the employers don’t speak english and your stuff for SOME GOD DAMN REASON was sent 40 miles south and now you have to rebuy all the idiotic stuff they make you buy for PE, not only the uniform but stupid shoes and sweatpants and a jacket because if you dont then the teachers lecture you if you say you’re freaking cold.

anyway…

i’m just really upset because i hate losing stuff. i’ve already emailed my principle, tweeted my local goodwill about it (no joke) and there’s NO DOUBT i am going to bitch at the PE department about it. why? because i don’t let things like this pass easily. i hate idiotic people like the PE department, just so unorganized and fucking retarded.

i dunno. i can’t explain it. i’m just so upset.

vintage sequin minnie mouse ears. ★

i’m working on something similar to the famous BACK TO  THE FUTURE project ;

re-enacting/recreating old photos of me into current photos!

a long time ago when i came back from disneyland in august 2010, my mom told me that i had a pair of sequin minnie mouse ears that i loved that i wore to disneyland when i was 5. she said that we were eating in some plaza in toonstown and we left an entire bag with disney stuff on the chair :/ including that headbow and apparently a tiara. i luckily tracked this pic the other day as i was sorting through old pics of my family and i decided to hunt them down.

thank god for ebay…i was able to get them for $25 with free shipping, and they were the only ones on ebay! and they still have the tag on them, it says mouse-ke-toys! like mouseketeers :]

this one was just a lousy test that i put on my twitter for fun, but i’m planning on making a similar dress like the one i was wearing as a kid…LOL!

seriously it’s a really crappy pic. it’ll be better. oh and i’ll get a haircut soon…maybe…

more importantly, i was adorable, wasn’t i.
